"Faith is amazing. I was in a car accident in which my car was in the process of being totaled out. Trying to figure out what the next steps were was becoming very frustrating. Faith contacted me for a routine check in to see how things were going and to explain some policy changes. I explained what was going on and explained that I was have some issues trying to navigate the whole process. She told me she would make a few phones calls and check in with me later that day. Not only did she make a few phone calls and got the everything moving quicker. She has been checking in with me every step of the way since.
